We will, to the extent possible, control your personal data and, except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Notice, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties. Although we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data, if required by law, we reserve the right to disclose such information without first obtaining your consent.

We will keep the information that you provide us with for as long as is reasonably necessary to achieve the purpose for which you provided it, or to the extent necessary for the organization to protect its rights, or as required by applicable laws.

We want to be sure that the contact details and other personal information you provide us with are as up to date as possible, and we hope you will help us in that effort. You may review, correct and update the personal data submitted to us, and you may withdraw your consent to our future use of your personal data at any time (allowing 20 business days for processing of your request). Please help us by being as specific as possible about the types of communications, publications or other information that you no longer wish to receive. If you choose to unsubscribe, we will retain sufficient information in our files to ensure that we are able to honor your request in accordance with your instructions.

As noted above, it may take up to 20 days from the date of receipt for us to process any change, unsubscribe or delete requests. It is possible that you will receive another email communication during the change period.

For your convenience, our website may contain links to third-party websites whose information practices may be different from ours and which are governed by their own privacy procedures, policies and security measures. Certain browsers may provide individuals with the ability to communicate that they wish not to be tracked while browsing on the Internet. We currently do not have the ability to respond to such “Do Not Track” signals.

Additionally, we do not currently enable third parties to collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across different websites when a consumer uses this website.
